FARM-Africa is tackling rural poverty in eastern Africa by sharing its skills, knowledge and tools with families so they can make their land more productive through the development of agriculture that is climate resilient.
Growing more food means that families have both enough to eat and surpluses which can be sold at local markets. FARM-Africa trains farmers in business skills so that they can gain optimum prices and earn a sustainable income to pay for essentials like school fees and medical costs.
